Thank you for installing the digital x-ray processor, it has been a very welcome addition to the practice. Being a largely ‘technophobic’ practice we were a little nervous about operating it without incident. However, thanks to the wonderful introduction to the machine given by the engineer who installed it, we just about had the confidence to use it unsupervised. The machine has become very easy to use day to day and has absolutely revolutionised the x-ray process for us. We are so glad to have had the opportunity to take the jump to digital. The image quality is amazing and the ability to enlarge, etc is very handy. We are also enjoying the ease at which we can share the images with referral centres and BVA for hip/elbow scores.

PLH Medical have provided equipment for our equine and small animal practices for over ten years.
As well as providing the latest radiological technology at an affordable price they have provided incomparable after-sales service. I believe it is this essential after-sales support that sets PLH Medical apart from other companies.
Not only are the staff and engineers professional, friendly and approachable but they have resolved problems both remotely and on-site during some of the most stressful times at the “sharp end” of veterinary practice. They have also helped to integrate our DICOM and Practice Management Software storage systems.
We have needed PLH Medical to step in and provide loan equipment on several occasions when accidental damage to our equipment has put it out of action. Typically this has happened at our busiest times but we have only been able to continue providing the highest standards of care with the vital support from PLH for our DR equipment, X-ray generators and ultrasound scanners.
There are many occasions I believe PLH have gone “above and beyond” to help us out and it is this great working relationship that ensures that we will always return to them to purchase the latest technology, in particular, radiography and ultrasonography equipment.
