Safety comes first
When setting up an X-Ray room it is important that all the correct controls and radiation protection is in place.
PLH Medical work with your RPA and provide the full range of materials necessary to create a safe working environment in practice.
Lead Plywood and Plasterboard
Lead lined plasterboard and plywood solutions are used to line the internal faces of X-Ray rooms and scanner rooms.
Lead Protective screens
Our screens are manufactured to suit the client’s design and meet with the shielding requirements of the RPA. Screens are finished in a wipe clean plastic laminate ranging from standard white to a choice of vibrant colours.
Shielding is achieved via a lead core to the panels and lead glass windows for a clear and panoramic view of procedures.
Screens are provided in a wide range of fixed and mobile designs.
Lead Doors
Our lead lined door sets are purpose made to customer requirements. Doors are available in almost any finish and can match existing doors or non-lead doors in "new build" projects. We can even supply your complete door package including both lead and non-lead door sets.
PLH lead lined door sets incorporate a lead core that runs through the frame, architraves and door leaves providing complete protection and "peace of mind".
